Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
TAMANNA HEALS offers appointment-based wellness services. Each booking reserves the practitioner's time for your selected service or scheduled session. Because your booking holds time specifically for you, the following refund and cancellation rules apply.
Missed appointments
If you do not attend or participate in your scheduled session, the session is considered used and is not refundable.
Late arrival or unavailability
You are responsible for being available at the agreed session time. Where applicable, time lost because you are late or unavailable may not be recoverable.
Customer cancellations
Once a booking has been confirmed and time reserved, cancellations are generally not refundable.
Multi-day healing programmes
A multi-day booking reserves time and service delivery for the full selected programme. Missed daily sessions do not automatically entitle you to a refund or a replacement session.
Aura Reading
Once your Aura Reading has been completed and delivered, it is not refundable merely because you dislike the interpretation or expected a different result.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once, or experience a payment error, please contact us with your booking reference and payment details so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Service not delivered
If TAMANNA HEALS cannot provide a paid service, you will be given an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
Your legal rights
This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to you under relevant law.
