The services
TAMANNA HEALS offers distance Reiki healing, chakra healing, focused healing journeys, and personalised Aura Readings. All services are delivered online and remotely. Reiki and Aura Reading are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, personal reflection, and a sense of balance. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
What each service includes
Reiki Healing and Chakra Healing are distance sessions held with focused intention. Multi-day journeys include one session per day over the selected duration. Aura Reading is a personalised online reading based on a photograph you upload. The specific format and duration of each service are as described on the Services page at the time of booking.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking details, including your full name, email address, and any other requested information. You are responsible for being available at the agreed session time for scheduled sessions. Providing false or inaccurate information may affect the delivery of your service.
Aura Reading photo
For Aura Reading, you are responsible for providing a clear, usable photograph of your open palm. The 24-hour delivery timeframe begins only after your order has been successfully submitted and a usable, required hand photo has been received. If the submitted photo is not usable, you may be asked to provide a replacement.
Cancellations and refunds
Missed sessions and customer cancellations are generally non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. Full details are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
No guaranteed outcomes
Wellness experiences and results vary from person to person. No specific spiritual, medical, financial, career, beauty, or relationship outcome is guaranteed. Reiki and Aura Reading are offered as complementary practices and do not promise any particular result.
